Join this hands-on 12-month program with a small group (6-10) of like-minded women directors to build your board portfolio and develop your governance skills.

Hello! I’m Helga.

I’m a facilitator, coach and governance nerd who helps directors and aspiring board members be better leaders. In 2019, I asked myself: “What do women need to be their best in the boardroom?” and the Take on Board podcast was born, which quickly grew into a vibrant community whose collective wisdom I draw on to share insights.
