Bringing the Take on Board community together

I’m always looking for ways to bring the Take on Board community and my greater network of fabulous women together.

I’ve been investing in and hosting networking events since I started my own practice. They’re so much fun.

It’ll be a chance to catch up with familiar faces, meet some new ones and enjoy a relaxed conversation with others in the Take on Board community.

What to expect:

This practical 12-month small group (6-10 people) program brings together like-minded women, trans, non-binary and gender diverse people to support each other in their journey to build governance wisdom
Use of the Data Drives Insight, Team Excel tool to diagnose team dynamics, uncover team risks, and improve psychological safety
The one-hour and 45-minute Zoom sessions are held once a month
Sessions run from February to December
We’ll look at a series of topics chosen by the group
One-on-one coffee catch-ups each month
Plus, an invitation to the alumni dinner!
