Our speakers:
Jill is an accomplished executive and non-executive director with more than 20 years’ experience across corporate, government and cultural sectors. Jill has expertise in stakeholder management and engagement, corporate sustainability, ESG impact and risk, public and consumer affairs, corporate reputation, and governance and reporting.
Jill has extensive board experience and currently sits on a number of boards including Responsible Entity Partners Ltd, the Royal Botanic Gardens (VIC), Heathcote Health and Launch Housing. Jill is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and academic qualifications include a Masters in Sustainability Leadership from the University of Cambridge, Executive business qualifications from Australian Graduate School of Management, and Bachelor of Arts (Public Relations) from RMIT University.
Alison joined the Moreland Energy Foundation in July 2016 as the Chief Executive Officer. Alison was formerly the Global Executive Director Sustainability for Fujitsu, where she created and implemented the global strategy for sustainability.
Alison is currently the chair of the Future Business Council and serves as a director for the Infrastructure Sustainability Council Australia, Bioregional Australia, Climate Alliance and the Public Utility Challenge.
She was previously a board member at Environment Victoria and the Latrobe University Sustainability Advisory Board. Alison is a well-known public speaker, respected thought leader, and winner of the Business Leader of the Year by Climate Alliance in 2013. Alison has an MBA, Graduate Diploma in Technology Management and is a Williamson Fellow.
