Join this hands-on 12-month program with a small group (6-10) of like-minded women directors to build your board portfolio and develop your governance skills.
Are you:
- A non-executive director of an organisation and dealing with challenges – managing the CEO, mergers, board evaluations, effective financial reporting, diversifying the organisations funding base and more?
- Looking to improve your practice as a non-executive director?
- Looking for a place where you can learn from others and share your own wisdom so we can practice better governance?
- Looking for a safe space where you can discuss these challenges, knowing that confidences will be kept and constructive insights will be shared?
If you have answered ‘yes’ to these questions, then Take on Board: Accelerator is for you.
This 12-month program of meetings with a small (6-10) group of women directors will cover topics including managing the CEO relationship, succession planning, what to do in a crisis, financial reports and more.
This program will run over 12 months either as breakfast meetings (face to face) from 7.30am – 9am in a CBD location or via zoom. Or in the evenings, 5.30pm – 7.00pm via zoom or 7.30pm – 9pm. Please select your preference during the booking/registration process and the most popular choice from participants will determine the format of the program.
