Today on the Take on Board podcast, I’m speaking with Jac Phillips about her journey to the boardroom.

Jac is currently on the board of Food Revolution Group (FOD) and was previously on the boards of Melbourne Communities Foundation, Fitted for Work, Skin & Cancer Foundation, Deakin University Marketing Advisory Board and Good Cycles.

Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Jac Phillips Executive Coaching & Advisory, Jac recently stepped away from a 25 year corporate career across Australia, NZ and Asia leading the Marketing functions for brands like IBM, ANZ Bank, Westpac Group and most recently Visa.

Now she coaches awesome business leaders, mostly women, advises two tech start-ups and she recently joined her first listed board. And with this portfolio career, working for herself and she reckons she’s the best boss she’s ever had!
