Today on the Take on Board podcast, I speak with Jocelyn Furlan.

Jocelyn has returned to cover some of the topics we didn’t have time to get to in our first chat, such as governance challenges and the establishment of and her role on the Superannuation Complaints Tribunal Advisory Council.

Her passion is an Australian community empowered and confident about their financial affairs. She works with financial service providers to maximise member and customer centricity in their products and services and assisting them to implement best practice in remediation and dispute resolution.
