Shownotes

Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Jacinta Cubis about the role of chair as facilitator.

Jacinta is a creative master facilitator. She loves guiding groups to connect, make decisions, generate ideas and solve problems. Specialising in visual thinking, Jacinta creates captivating cartoons that simplify complex issues. With 25 years of experience, Jacinta is the go-to facilitator, trainer and mentor for clients in government, universities and community organisations, as well as consultants and facilitators. Her illustrated e-book HUM troubleshoots problems with online meetings. When Jacinta is not facilitating, or helping you learn how, you can find her on her yoga mat, in her art studio, on the tennis court or the tango dance floor.

Whilst Jacinta isn’t on a board … at the moment! … she is an alumnus of the Take on Board KickStarter program so I’m still hopeful a boardroom out there will benefit from her enormous skill and wisdom sometime soon!
