Take on Board online event
Nature in the Boardroom
Take on Board is the podcast where we talk all things boards and governance.
In this interactive and engaging session, our guest speaker, Dr Dominique Hes will introduce us to the powerful concept of ‘nature in the boardroom.’ This isn’t just about acknowledging environmental risks; it’s about giving nature a voice and a ‘seat’ at the boardroom table.
This practice refers to integrating nature-related issues into strategic decision-making, risk management and governance. Dominique will share how directors can move beyond simple compliance to actively represent nature’s interests, cultivating a more resilient, regenerative and prosperous future for their organisations.
This is an opportunity being taken up internationally by boards of listed, unlisted, NFPs, institutions and government agencies. Dominique will highlight the early uptake, examine the governing models used and share resources to help your board strategically pursue this regenerative pathway.
At this online event, you’ll get the chance to be part of this by asking questions. You’ll also get to meet some of the Take on Board community not only from Australia but across the world!
