Today on the Take on Board podcast, I speak with Zoe Wainer about being an effective board member, governance challenges and in particular about value-based healthcare.

Zoe is the chair of the board of Dental Health Services Victoria and also a board member of the Victorian Responsible Gambling Foundation.

She was formerly on the boards of the AMA Victoria and Tobacco Free portfolios. She is a medical doctor with a clinical background in cardiothoracic surgery, and the head of Public Health and Medical Director at BUPA.
