8. While the Take on Board podcast began as an audio-only podcast, we've officially moved to a video-first format. To ensure your insights reach the widest possible audience, we record the interview for YouTube and share key highlights across LinkedIn and Facebook. Do you provide your consent to the use of your video footage for the full episode and promotional clips on social media, YouTube etc?

Your professional headshot: To make promotion as easy as possible for you, we’ll use your current LinkedIn profile picture for our social media graphics. THE TAKE ON BOARD PODCAST FLOW...

Our discussion will broadly cover three sections:

* Your introduction as the guest
* The discussion/content
* The wrap

Note that I have provided indicative questions for each of these sections below, however the aim is for us to have a relaxed discussion – so we might go down a slightly different path. Don’t worry – it’s not a live interview so we can edit anything later to mamixmise your fabulousness!

I am aiming for the podcasts to be around 30 minutes in total.

10. Your introduction: I will either do an introduction of you and your experience, using your bio and experience provided above, or you can introduce yourself. What would you prefer?
11. Your introduction: we'll then do a bit more 'get to know you'. I have provided some starter questions below - tick EITHER option one (re: new introductory questions) OR one of the other questions. Note: if you choose option one, we'll do all of those questions, albeit briefly!
16. When the podcast goes to air - we'd love it if you could help share the episode through social media. Would you like me to send you a draft Facebook post with links?

17. The interview will be conducted virtually on Riverside. The most important things you can do for great sound quality is have a plug in microphone and use a wired computer connection. Tick what's possible for you to make this happen:
