“Joining Helga’s Board Accelerator Program was one of the best decisions I made this year. I had the privilege of connecting with an incredible group of talented women and gained so much valuable knowledge. As someone who is still new to the board world, I’ll admit I was quite nervous at first. However, from day one, Helga created a welcoming and supportive environment—free of judgment, with open hearts, and a focus on learning from both challenges and successes. I’ve already signed up for 2025 because I know there’s still so much more to learn and gain from this experience.”

Thinking a bit bigger, tapping into Accelerator ‘goldmines’.
“What you get with Accelerator is a group of people who you can bring a problem to in a safe place. A group of friends where you can be honest. And it stays in the group.” – Dr Sarah Anderson, Chair, Australia Orthotic and Prosthetic Association, and Disability Sport and Recreation
From novice to competent and capable
“Accelerator took me from feeling a total novice to competent, capable and ready to perform in the Greenpeace board role. The AICD course was useful from an academic perspective, but Accelerator joined the dots for me connecting ‘best practice’ with what actually manifested in the boardroom.” – Hannah Browne, non-executive director, Greenpeace
