Creating a safe space for transparent and constructive dialogue
As a facilitator, I’m often called on to help organisations work with stakeholders with varying needs and agendas to achieve a common goal and a unified plan.
My approach:

- Participatory – clear objectives achieved through interactive and collaborative activities.

I have now participated in a number of Helga's facilitated workshops, and have always come away energised and with a focus and plan for next steps for each project. Helga is an extremely talented facilitator who is always able to get the group from A to B, without feeling exhausted but also challenging groups to think differently. When the workshop was organised for July it was before COVID had hit and we were expecting a face-to-face workshop. Helga was able to modify the workshop (without compromise) by using different tools and techniques but still in a way that helped us with the outcomes and plan we needed. Her professionalism, enthusiasm, connection and warmth are all traits that make for successful sessions!
