It tends to be a circular process. Once you excel at a particular role, you might feel it’s time to look for the next opportunity. And at each career development level, coaching can help to clarify your behaviour, capability and values and ensure wise decision-making and actions.

My coaching approach is solution-focused and draws on NLP (neuro linguistic programming) practices to work on both conscious and unconscious levels. The aim is to help you identify and achieve your goals with the right tools and support.
