Helen is a member of Corporate Governance Consultation Panel at Australian Securities and Investments Commission (ASIC), Risk Management Institute of Australasia’s (RMIA) Professional Education Committee and is a legal academic and the discipline leader of governance studies at Swinburne Law School.
Helen credits Swinburne with really putting an industry focus into her work, which has led to her appointments at ASIC and RMIA.
She is a regular media commentator and features regularly in ABC TV’s business report and the Australian Financial Review (AFR). Helen has also written on governance issues for the Diligent Institute.
