Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Dorrit Kromann about psychology in the boardroom.

With curiosity, dignity, smarts and justice, Dorrit has been ambitious in boards throughout her whole life. She has had an international career within the Financial business working for 8 years around the world. Started out as a pioneer combining Economics and Computer Science in her Masters at Copenhagen Business School in 1989, Dorrit continued into organizational psychology, business turn arounds and growth in her own company since 2003. By mid 2010s she left being operational and is now a full-time board professional.

Outside of her work, Dorrit is married to Christian and they have two sons. She lives in Denmark and has a part-time house in the South of France which she is in the middle of renovating.
