Mel is on the board of Red Stitch Theatre Company, the Victorian Mental Illness Awareness Council, and she provides company secretary services to Terrain Natural Lands Management, Merri-bek Affordable Housing, the Asylum Seeker Resource Center, and Greenfleet.
