Today on the Take on Board podcast I’m speaking with Melanie Sherrin about board calendars.
Melanie provides Company Secretary services to a number of boards including Terrain Natural Land Management in Cairns, Merri-bek Affordable Housing and the Asylum Resource Centre in Melbourne.
She’s previously been on a number of boards including Ruby on Rails Australia, Moreland Affordable Housing.
Melanie says she’s not as “into” being on boards as some others in the Take on Board community. She likes the governance side and helping to get them organised. In some form or another, she’s been doing governance work for nearly 30 years.
